Renss Greene
Today's reporter wears a lot of hats. (Not just because he’s bald.)
Renss is currently deputy editor of Loudoun Now in Leesburg, Virginia, primarily covering Loudoun County government. His writing and photography appear at LoudounNow.com. He also produced and hosted a podcast for Loudoun Now, the Morning Minute, as well as producing video content.
In addition, Renss served on the Board of Directors of the Loudoun Literacy Council, moderated a series of community conversations on difficult topics for the Loudoun County Public Library, speaks to student groups and to the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, and hosts workshops for the Chamber’s Nonprofit Initiative, among other community work.
Previously, he has worked at the Rappahannock Record in Kilmarnock, Virginia, the Smyth County News and Messenger in Marion, Virginia, and for Holston Valley Broadcasting Corporation.
